In addition, subject to the Terms, dreamhomehub.com hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use, solely as part of the Service, certain third party photographs, videos, music, graphics, tools and other materials that may be made available to you by dreamhomehub.com as part of the Service (collectively the "Third Party Content"), solely for the purpose of including such Third Party Content in Member Creations that are created and presented by you using the Service in accordance with the Terms. You may not use the Third Party Content on a stand alone basis or for any purpose separate and apart from the Service. Use of certain Third Party Content may be subject to additional terms and conditions. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by dreamhomehub.com and its licensors. You shall not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Service or the Third Party Content in any way.
